SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday.

Delivery Times Standard international delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Cost Shipping is completely free on every order, worldwide. No minimum order required.

Tracking Every order is fully tracked from our warehouse to your door. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us at support@zelvrasmart.com.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@zelvrasmart.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
