How to Request a Refund Contact our support team at support@zelvrasmart.com with your order number and we will process your request within 24 hours. You will receive your full refund within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Contact support@zelvrasmart.com with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it immediately.
